What We Do

 Since 1994, we have served students in Arizona with academic enrichment, social advocacy,
 and vocational education. CISAZ has grown to provide support in overcoming barriers to education for nearly 18,000 students at over 58 schools each year.

CISAZ understands that so much of what happens in the classroom is influenced by conditions outside of school. We work directly with the most disenfranchised student populations,
 identifying and removing barriers to their success in school and life.
 
All CISAZ programs and services are designed to meet the needs of our students by bringing social services and supplemental academic resources into the schools. To do this, we
 develop partnerships with federal and state agencies, community-based organizations,
 small businesses, and large corporations. Our staff is highly qualified, diverse, and
 committed to serving young people of Arizona.
